You won't just be implementing software, you will be the bridge between complex business problems and elegant digital solutions. We are looking for a person who can walk into a manufacturing plant in Java or a luxury resort in Bali, understand their pain points, and unravel them using Odoo.

Responsibilities
- Lead the full implementation lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering to final deployment
- Translate business requirements into optimized Odoo workflows
- Train operational and senior staff on new processes
- Manage project timelines and client expectations
- Perform gap analysis and solve process bottlenecks
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- 2+ years of experience with Odoo
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong accounting background with knowledge of financial and business processes
- Ability to travel for on-site projects
Nice to Have
- Python/XML/Odoo Studio knowledge to communicate with developers
- Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management standards
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM) to help clients adopt best practices
- Experience in Manufacturing or Hospitality
