Terms and Conditions

1. Service Agreement

  • We provide Odoo implementation, customization, and consulting services based on agreed project specifications
  • All work is documented thoroughly to ensure transparency and ease of transition
  • Service agreements can be modified through mutual written consent

2. Project Documentation

  • We maintain comprehensive documentation of all configurations, customizations, and implementations
  • Documentation includes technical specifications, user guides, and handover materials
  • All documentation is provided to clients upon request at any time during the engagement

3. Payment Terms

  • All services require advance payment before work commences
  • Payment packages are available in monthly or project milestone basis
  • Work begins upon receipt of payment
  • Unused prepaid hours/services are billable if client terminates early
  • All fees exclude applicable taxes

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide timely access to necessary systems and information
  • Assign designated personnel for project coordination
  • Review and approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes
  • Ensure data backups before any major implementations

5. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice
  • Upon termination, we calculate actual work completed against prepaid amount
  • If work completed exceeds prepayment, client pays the difference
  • If prepayment exceeds work completed, the difference is non-refundable but client receives all work and documentation completed to date
  • No penalties apply for termination

6. Intellectual Property

  • Client retains ownership of all custom code and configurations developed for their project
  • We retain the right to use general methodologies and non-confidential knowledge gained

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

Refund Policy

No Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Advance payments secure our time and resources for your project
  • Unused portions of prepaid services are not refundable

Advance Payment Structure

  • Services are paid in advance on a monthly or per-milestone basis
  • Each payment covers the upcoming period's work
  • We provide estimates for each phase, with payment required before starting

Fair Service Practices

  • Although refunds are not provided, we ensure value delivery:
    • Detailed work plans provided before payment
    • Regular progress updates and documentation
    • Full transparency on hours used and work completed
    • All completed work and documentation provided regardless of termination

Transition Support

  • If you choose to discontinue services:
    • All work completed up to termination is delivered
    • Complete documentation package provided
    • Knowledge transfer to ensure you can continue independently
    • Clean handover to your new implementation partner
    • No additional transition fees

Quality Assurance

  • While refunds are not offered, we stand behind our work quality
  • Any bugs or issues in our implementations are fixed at no additional cost within 30 days of delivery
  • We maintain open communication throughout the project
  • Regular review meetings to ensure satisfaction before proceeding to next phase

Unused Services

  • If project is terminated early, any unused prepaid amount is non-refundable
  • However, we can apply unused credit to:
    • Additional documentation preparation
    • Extended handover support
    • Training sessions
    • Future projects within 6 months
